Every Nettoyeuse installation starts with a site survey and ends with a machine that runs the same shift pattern as your plant. Here is the sequence we follow, step by step.

Site Survey and Floor Audit

We walk your production halls, measure the concrete, note the expansion joints, and check drainage slopes. This gives us the actual square footage and the load profile the scrubber has to handle.

Machine Specification

Based on the audit, we match a scrubber head width, brush pressure, and tank capacity to your layout. If your plant runs three shifts, the battery pack and charge cycle are sized for that rhythm, not for a single pass.

Draft Proposal and Drawings

You receive a written specification, a floor plan showing the cleaning route, and a list of required utilities. Nothing is sent to production until the route and the machine configuration are approved by your maintenance lead.

Build and Factory Test

Your unit is assembled in our Sepang workshop and run on a test pad that mimics your floor conditions. We check brush wear, water pickup, and turning radius before the machine is crated.

Delivery and Operator Training

We deliver, position the machine, and train your operators on the controls, daily checks, and refill procedure. Training takes place on your floor, with your water supply and your cleaning chemicals.

Service Schedule and Follow-Up

After thirty days we return to inspect wear parts and adjust the brush pressure. From there, the service interval is set according to your actual operating hours, not a calendar guess. Contact us to start the survey
